Sir, a bimillennial scouting mission has brought to light the mission failure of colonial teams Maya, Inca and Aztec to completely terraform Planet #13BCZ9 as a mining platform. As is protocol, I am to alerted the extraction team to extract colonists and to cleanse their biodata from the mission planet, lest the Delaraks gain an advantage upon our empire. But we are presented with a unique situation as on this mission it seems that the savages have overwhelmed our colonial operatives. More information will be gleaned, sir, as I investigate the planet further, but it seems that faulty BioCare vaccines and Nuclear weapons are at fault for the mission failure. 

Let me speak freely, sir, for I have a Modest Proposal. Galactar, these savages it seems, are agents of their drive for consumption. Nourishment is dressed nicely before consumed and the masses give willingly their freedoms to political masters of deception. They make a mockery of what little knowledge they possess and starve Planet #13BCZ9 of its resources. But I besiege you Galactar to spare them extermination. Not out of Mercy, but for the many, many advantages that could be gained for the empire. The savages are stout and plump. Recently it has become fashion in the empire to have a Faltrax hound from Planet #YU786 and as such they require a great nourishment which have strained the agricultural labs of the empire. Instead of expending resources on extermination and upon feeding, two Faltrax can be killed with one mushroom(as the new saying goes). I propose a revolutionary innovation of allowing the Planet #13BCZ9 to become a center for feeding of our pets and to abduct those which have the most succinct and juiciest of meat, for we can all agree that our pets deserve the best.
